Panel Discussion: Past, Present and Future - Women in Construction
Tracey MacKinnon is a Civil Engineer with over 25 years’ experience in consulting and corporate organizations, with a focus on project management. Tracey has held numerous leadership and strategy positions externally and within Shell and has been noted as a leader of change in building organizations and team capacity. Tracey has spent her 20 years in Shell Canada in several roles in Downstream as well as in Corporate HR and is currently within the Projects and Technology organization of Shell as the director of workforce development or the LNG Canada project. In this role, Tracey is accountable for the strategy to have a qualified construction workforce, with an emphasis on LNG Canada being viewed as the Project of Choice for women in the trades. When away from work, Tracey loves to golf with her family-foursome, which includes her husband and two kids, who are aged 10 and 12 years old.
