President & Senior Work Disability Consultant, Centrix Disability Management Services
Session Synopsis: A Practical Approach to IM
Work Disability has been described as one of the biggest social and labour market challenges that hinders economic growth and reduces effective labour supply. In this session, you will learn why you need to know what Work Disability is, why you should care about it, and how to prevent it from happening. You will learn how workers think about recovery and RTW and why some workers can experience delayed recovery while others return to work successfully after an injury.
